Come join our growing and passionate commercial team!Position SummaryThe Store Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, organization, and operational success of the assigned convenience store and fuel location. This position oversees daily store operations, employee management, financial performance, and customer service standards while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.The Store Manager drives store profitability by managing labor, inventory, and operational expenses while building and leading a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.Our ValuesSafety - We protect the well-being of our people, partners, and communities.Quality - We deliver unmatched experiences and service.Unity - We collaborate to achieve shared goals.Integrity - We do the right thing, always.Responsibility - We take ownership of our work and outcomes.Respect - We treat everyone with dignity.Empowerment - We give people the tools to succeed.Love - We bring passion to everything we do.Our behaviors emphasize operating with excellence, creating welcoming environments, rewarding performance, communicating openly, staying accountable, and approaching challenges with a growth mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day convenience store and fuel station operationsLead, schedule, train, and supervise store employees and Assistant ManagersEnsure excellent customer service and guest experience standardsManage store profitability, including labor costs, inventory control, and expense managementOversee cash handling, deposits, inventory accuracy, and store financial documentationAnalyze sales results and operational trends and develop action plans to improve performanceMaintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and State and Federal regulationsManage inventory levels, product ordering, and vendor relationshipsMonitor purchases and ensure proper procedures with suppliers and distributorsConduct store audits, operational reviews, and performance evaluationsTrain, coach, and evaluate employees on operational procedures and customer service standardsEnsure the store maintains cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standardsMaintain a positive and productive team culture and work environmentImplement new operational processes and support company initiativesRequired QualificationsPrevious experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, or Convenience Store Manager preferredExperience in retail management, team leadership, and store operationsStrong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExperience managing labor scheduling, inventory control, and financial performanceExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced retail environment and lead multiple prioritiesWork Environment & Physical RequirementsIn-person retail store environmentSchedule may include early morning, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidaysAbility to stand for extended periods of time (up to 10 hours per shift)Ability to lift 35-50 poundsFrequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, squatting, kneeling, and reachingCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive pay based on experienceComprehensive health coverage (applies to Full-Time positions)401(k) with company match (must meet age qualifications)Professional development and career growth opportunities
