Physical Therapist (PT) Location: Premier at Perry Village – New Bloomfield, PA Schedule: Full-Time Revital Rehab Services is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide full-time care at our trusted partner facility, Premier at Perry Village in New Bloomfield, PA. This is a meaningful opportunity to guide residents through rehabilitation, restore mobility, and help them reclaim their independence all within a supportive and collaborative environment.
