We serve clients in the fastest growing industry of communications, media, and entertainment. Job Description We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play an essential role in driving the successful execution of our technical and IT projects. You will be the driving force behind planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate is a certified PMP professional with a expertise in Agile methodology, has worked previously as a Scrum Master, and has excellent communication skills. This position is a remote (in the U.S.) position, and will be a W-2 hourly 3 month contract with possible extension. The hourly rate is $50-$60. Candidates will be paid within this range based on their work experience and skills. Responsibilities: Lead and develop comprehensive project plans, set clear milestones, and manage resources efficiently to meet project objectives and deadlines. Manage the full project lifecycle using agile methodologies including facilitating key ceremonies. Establish and maintain strong relationships with leadership, stakeholders, and cross functional teams ensuring their involvement and buy-in throughout the project. Comprehend project requirements from both a business and a technical standpoint and serve as the liaison between business users and the project team. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and post-project evaluations utilizing JIRA. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field. Must have a current PMP Certification. 3 - 5 years of proven Project Management experience in a technical or IT-related environment. Proficient in tools and methodologies such as Agile/Scrum and JIRA. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrates an understanding of technical concepts and the ability to work closely with technical teams. Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must have a results-oriented mindset and have strong organizational skills.
