In this role, you will play an essential role in driving the successful execution of our technical and IT projects. You will be the driving force behind planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The impact of your role will extend far beyond the realms of project management, as you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our organization by delivering innovative solutions and optimizing our project management processes.\nThe ideal candidate is a certified PMP professional with a expertise in Agile methodology, has worked previously as a Scrum Master, and has excellent communication skills. If you are looking for a role that allows you to lead cutting-edge projects and you enjoy collaborating with leaders and technical talent, this is the perfect opportunity for you.\nThis position is a remote (in the U.S.) position, and will be a W-2 hourly 3 month contract with possible extension.\nThe hourly rate is $50-$60. Candidates will be paid within this range based on their work experience and skills. Candidates are also eligible for limited benefits such as health insurance, professional development, trainings, our referral bonus program, and our wellness program.\nResponsibilities:\nLead and develop comprehensive project plans, set clear milestones, and manage resources efficiently to meet project objectives and deadlines.\nManage the full project lifecycle using agile methodologies including facilitating key ceremonies.\nEstablish and maintain strong relationships with leadership, stakeholders, and cross functional teams ensuring their involvement and buy-in throughout the project.\nComprehend project requirements from both a business and a technical standpoint and serve as the liaison between business users and the project team.\nMaintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and post-project evaluations utilizing JIRA.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field.\nMust have a current PMP Certification.\n3 - 5 years of proven Project Management experience in a technical or IT-related environment.\nProficient in tools and methodologies such as Agile/Scrum and JIRA.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nDemonstrates an understanding of technical concepts and the ability to work closely with technical teams.\nStrong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nMust have a results-oriented mindset and have strong organizational skills.\n\nAdditional Information\n\npureIntegration is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE), qualified applicants are considered for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, or veteran status.
