Sales Manager
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with a proven track record in sales and leadership, capable of driving business growth and fostering strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and drive business development initiatives
- Manage key customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and analyze data
- Conduct outside sales visits to build rapport with clients and secure new accounts
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals
- Leadership abilities to inspire and guide a sales team effectively
- Familiarity with technical sales processes and solutions
