{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"bb647c056d61151a313f197f","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/bb647c056d61151a313f197f","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/bb647c056d61151a313f197f","title":"Program Manager","description":"Program ManagerTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Program Manager located in US South Carolina Columbia.\r\nReporting to the Director, Program Management, the Program Manager will be responsible for leading a team of cross-functional experts in the delivery of customer-focused products and services and will support the development and implementation of the project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.\r\nWhat a typical day looks like:\r\nOrganize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.\r\nIn charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.\r\nProvide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.\r\nOversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.\r\nReviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.\r\nEstablishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.\r\nManage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.\r\nBe the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.\r\nIn charge of customers satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.\r\nMaintain current and develop additional business with customers.\r\nMonitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.\r\nBe accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers.\r\nHolds up production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through business and expertise.\r\nThe experience we're looking to add to our team:\r\nBachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.\r\n7+ years of experience in program administration/management or related area.\r\nDemonstrates advanced operations, technical and people and/or process skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.\r\nDemonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/processes, industries or functions and understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site.\r\nAccountability for the program wellness.\r\nDemonstrates expert knowledge of the function and a thorough understanding of Flex and related business.\r\nDemonstrates detailed expertise in very complex functional/technical area or broad breadth of knowledge in multiple areas.\r\nUnderstands the strategic impact of the function across sites.\r\nP&L\r\nIndustrial Power experience a plus.\r\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\r\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\r\nLife Insurance\r\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\r\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\r\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\r\nTuition Reimbursement\r\nJob Category: Operations\r\nIs Sponsorship Available?
