Key Responsibilities: • Program CNC machines using Mastercam. Set up and operate the following machines to produce tight-tolerance, complex parts: Doosan SMX 2600ST Mill-Turn (9 axis) Doosan HP 5100II HMC (with tombstone fixturing) Okuma 2SP-150H Lathe (2 spindle, 2 turret) Tsugami Swiss Lathe (including hobbing head attachment) • Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T requirements. • Select tooling, cutting parameters, and work holding solutions for optimal performance. • Troubleshoot and refine CNC programs for accuracy and cycle time improvement. Qualifications: • 5+ years CNC programming and machining experience. • Strong proficiency in Mastercam for mill-turn, horizontal, and Swiss lathes. • Proven experience with the specific CNC equipment listed above. • Solid understanding of multi-axis machining strategies and setups. • Aerospace manufacturing experience. • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
