The person in this position must have a heart for helping others, creative skills in supporting adults with developmental disabilities within their strengths, while managing people and a budget.\nResponsibilities and Duties\nThe Program Manager supervises, evaluates and coaches our Community Service Coordinators, Team Leaders and Direct Support Professionals. Program Managers are expected to develop, monitor, evaluate and adjust the support needs of the persons with developmental disabilities while ensuring that the individuals develop a full and active circle of friends, family work peers & involvement in the community.
