SAP ERP Process Efficiency Team Member

GovSG is seeking a SAP ERP Process Efficiency Team Member to lead discrete process efficiency workstreams by diagnosing root causes, designing digital interventions, and driving adoption with measurable benefits.This position is remote but based out of Washington D.C..Position Duties:Lead end-to-end process diagnostics: root cause analysis, controls/exception analysis, and value quantification.Own efficiency KPI design and measurement (baseline → target → post-implementation verification).Design and implement solutions spanning SAP + adjacent tools: automation for exception handling and reconciliations workflow orchestration across teams/systems process standardization using templates and governance role-based dashboards and operational performance managementTranslate business problems into solution options with tradeoffs (cost/effort/risk/time-to-value).Partner with SAP functional teams (e.g., MM/SD/FI/CO) and integration teams to reduce manual steps.Drive change adoption: new ways of working, controls alignment, training approach, and operational handoff.Other duties as assignedPosition RequiredDoD Secret ClearanceBachelor's DegreeDemonstrated experience working with SAP Navy ERP systemsExperience providing Tier 3 or advanced functional/technical supportStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to train diverse user groupsUnderstanding of Navy workflows, financial processes, or supply operationsSalary: $210,000- $250,000. Actual compensation offered to candidate will vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
