Finario provides a single-source of truth for long-term planning, annual budgeting, approvals, forecasting and performance reporting.The Director of Talent Acquisition & Development will be reponsible for the recruiting, sourcing, onboarding, and training of new employees. Finario seeks a self-starter with a "can do" attitude interested in being a dynamic contributor to our worldwide growth.ResponsibilitiesRecruiting - Work with business department heads to clarify hiring needs, job descriptions and recruiting strategies.Sourcing - Indentify and attract and screen viable candidates for open roles.Entry Level - Manage campus outreach, internship and other programs for entry level hires.Onboarding - Coordinate the candidate evaluation process and new hire onboarding.Development - Design, implement and manage training programs for employees.Desired QualificationsBachelor’s degree and 5-10 years of relevant experienceExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenExperience with LinkedIn and modern SaaS tools used in recruitingDetail-oriented with strong attention to tactical execution and follow-throughNatural sense of curiosity with a desire to problem-solve for othersCompensationCompetitive Salary, 401(k), Healthcare
