Your focus will be split across three pillars: Strategy & Execution, People Development, and Operational Excellence.1. Revenue Strategy & Sales LeadershipDrive Growth: Own the achievement of annual revenue targets across all product lines (GameTime, Neptune Radio, SchoolZone).Pipeline Management: Utilize HubSpot as the "source of truth" to monitor health, velocity, and conversion rates, ensuring a predictable and scalable revenue engine.Market Expansion: Oversee the development of third-party association sponsorships and strategic partnerships.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing and Business teams to align lead generation efforts with sales execution and ensure brand consistency.2. Coaching & Elite PerformanceDevelop Talent: Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team using Corporate Visions and Gong to refine messaging and closing techniques.Foster Growth: Create an environment of "continual self-development," implementing personalized growth plans for team members while maintaining your own executive development.High-Stakes Presence: Represent CMC Neptune at 4–8 key national trade shows per year, identifying high-ROI opportunities and overseeing on-site execution.3. Operational ExcellenceTech Stack Optimization: Maximize the efficiency of our sales stack, including HubSpot (CRM), Gong (Sales AI), NetSuite (ERP), and Zoho (Expense).Process Innovation: Constantly audit and improve the mechanics of the sales department to reduce friction and increase win rates.Strategic Planning: Serve as a key voice in Senior Leadership Meetings and annual strategic retreats.QualificationsSaaS Leadership: Proven track record in SaaS and/or general sales management, specifically leading teams to hit aggressive multi-million dollar targets.CRM Mastery: Advanced expertise in HubSpot (or equivalent enterprise CRM) with the ability to build reports, workflows, and dashboards.Communication: Exceptional "executive presence" with the ability to communicate vision to the C-suite and tactical coaching to the sales team.Problem Solver: An analytical mindset capable of diagnosing pipeline bottlenecks and implementing swift solutions.Education: BS/BA in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent high-level sales management experience).Compensation & BenefitsTotal Target Earnings (TTE): $160,000 – $200,000 (Base Salary + Revenue Overrides).Comprehensive Health: Premium Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance plans.Ancillary Benefits: Short-term Disability, Critical Illness, Accident, and Medical Bridge options.Wellness: Free fitness center membership and on-site wellness for HQ employees.
