Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Operations Manager, based in Grand Junction, CO, with flexibility for some remote work. The Field Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations across various worksites, manage on-site teams, ensure project timelines and quality standards are met, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success. Responsibilities also include maintaining safety protocols, managing budgets and resources, and coordinating logistics for project implementation. Regular progress reporting and problem-solving on-site challenges are key aspects of this role. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee diverse teams and ensure smooth collaboration.Experience with project management, scheduling, and coordination of resources and materials.Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to implement and enforce safety protocols in the field.Analytical and problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with stakeholders and team members.Proficiency in using project management software and tools is preferred.Prior experience in masonry, construction, or a related field is highly advantageous.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience is preferred.
