Overview
We are seeking a dynamic New Customer Care and Home Walk Through Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering a satisfied customer experience with a New Home final walk through
Responsibilities
- Utilize strong sales and customer service skills
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions
-Communicate directly with construction contractors to order callback and warranty items
-Act as a liaison between General Contractor, Sub-Contractor and Home Buyer
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to improve Customer experience
- Manage administrative tasks and follow up with customers
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively
- Knowledge of Home Construction, or General Construction
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous
-Experience in Construction would be advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
