TeleConnect Therapies has open telehealth positions for a full-time and part-time LCSW staff therapists serving patients in rural areas of CA. All work is remote from your California home or office, serving patients from their home or local rural health clinic. In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. If you are an experienced therapist passionate about providing high-quality care and mental health solutions, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesPerform intake assessmentsProvide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and childrenCreate individualized treatment plans for each clientUse evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatmentsMaintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment planPerform regular wellness checksAdhere to all facility and licensing standardsQualificationsMaster's degree in social workLicense in Social Work in the state of CaliforniaPrevious experience as a mental health therapist (at least 3 years) preferredBilingual (Spanish speaking receives additional pay differential)Enrollment as a Medicare Ordering and Referring Provider, highly desiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organizedExperience with County Mental Health Systems and Documentation preferred for one of the open part-time positionsThis is a remote position.
