The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing general information about our products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to think quickly and problem solve in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner. Provide accurate information to customers about products and services. Maintain customer records and update customer information in the database. Resolve customer issues in a timely manner. Assist customers with product selection and ordering. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
