Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and facilitate rapid onboarding of specialized talent by leveraging PEPS. Implement and manage DevOps practices, including CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation scripting (Bash, PowerShell). Develop and manage databases (SQL and NoSQL/vector), handle large-scale data, and optimize ML workflows. Lead production deployments of ML models, focusing on NLP/LLMs, time series forecasting, recommender systems, computer vision, and distributed training. Utilize MLOps tools (MLflow, Weights & Biases, Kubeflow, Airflow) for model management, tracking, and deployment. Apply advanced feature engineering and model optimization techniques (quantization, pruning, distillation). Support compliance with public sector data security and governance standards. Preferred: Leverage experience in GIS, transportation/logistics/smart city sectors, digital twinning, Google Maps Cesium API, Polygonflow Dash, and infrastructure-related computer vision.
