This group is responsible for everyday sales tools our sellers, customers and partners use to drive Sales Growth. As a business team, it is our mission to help deliver the best set of tools, data & processes that will enable our Worldwide Sales organization to drive continuous sales growth.\r\nJob Description\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nWrite and debug high-quality, efficient code for language and document generation systems.\r\nManage assigned development tasks throughout the software development lifecycle, including contributing to technical design, understanding requirements, coding, testing, and deployment.\r\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams – including developers, designers, product managers/owners, and business stakeholders – to ensure continual project success.\r\nBuild strong relationships based on clear communication.\r\nActively participate in technical design discussions and project status meetings, providing input on feasibility, estimates, and progress for assigned tasks.\r\nAlways look for ways to improve how things are done.\r\nOther tasks as assigned by Management.\r\nRequired Skills\r\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\r\n3+ years of experience in software development.\r\n3+ years of experience in designing and developing AI/ML applications, particularly LLMs.\r\nStrong understanding of software development methodologies and project management principles.\r\nExperience with designing, deploying, maintaining, and modifying databases.\r\nExperience implementing complex API authentication and authorization flows (especially service-to-service authentication) between multiple systems.\r\nProven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical implementation details and user stories.\r\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.\r\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\r\nExperience with programming languages and software development tools.\r\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to present in a clear and concise manner to all audiences.\r\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\r\nSkilled in using tools to manage calendars, emails, spreadsheets, documents and slides.\r\nWorking experience in Agile methodology, Git workflows, and GitHub.\r\nWorking experience with AI assistants such as Gemini, Windsurf, and coding/development tools.\r\nRelevant Programming Languages and Frameworks\r\nJavaScript/Node.js\r\nPython\r\nREST APIs\r\nOAuth2 and other authentication methods\r\nGoogle Cloud Ecosystem\r\nAWS Architecture\r\nHTML5 and CSS\r\nSQL/BigQuery or equivalent\r\nOther Skills\r\nExperience with Google Docs automation strongly preferred.\r\nExperience with IDEs such as VSCode.\r\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).\r\nProficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).\r\nTarget Base Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000 USD\r\nConsistent with Motorola Solutions' values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
