This role will be responsible for administering M365 services while developing intelligent agents and copilots that automate business processes and enhance user productivity.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nMicrosoft 365 Administration\r\nAdminister and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID (Azure AD), and related security features\r\nManage user identities, licensing, access policies, conditional access, and compliance configurations\r\nMonitor system health, performance, and security across the M365 tenant\r\nImplement and maintain governance, data protection, and compliance policies (DLP, retention, sensitivity labels)\r\nSharePoint Administration\r\nAdminister SharePoint Online sites, hubs, permissions, and content lifecycle\r\nDesign and maintain information architecture, metadata, and site templates\r\nSupport SharePoint integrations with Power Platform, Teams, and Copilot solutions\r\nTroubleshoot SharePoint performance, access, and synchronization issues\r\nCopilot Studio & Agentic AI Development\r\nDesign, build, and deploy agentic AI copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio\r\nCreate conversational flows, actions, plugins, and integrations with Microsoft Graph and business systems\r\nImplement multi-step, autonomous agent behaviors to automate workflows and decision-making\r\nManage copilot security, authentication, and environment configurations\r\nGenerative AI & Automation\r\nLeverage Generative AI models within Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI (where applicable)\r\nIntegrate copilots with Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Teams, and external APIs\r\nOptimize prompts, grounding data sources, and AI responses for accuracy and relevance\r\nEnsure responsible AI usage, data privacy, and compliance standards\r\nCollaboration & Stakeholder Support\r\nWork closely with business stakeholders to identify automation and AI use cases\r\nProvide technical guidance, documentation, and best practices for M365 and AI solutions\r\nSupport deployment, adoption, and ongoing optimization of copilots and M365 services\r\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\r\nProven experience as a Microsoft 365 Administrator\r\nHands-on experience with Copilot Studio and building conversational or agentic AI solutions\r\nStrong knowledge of SharePoint Online administration\r\nSolid understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), security, and compliance\r\nExperience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)\r\nFamiliarity with Generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, and AI governance\r\nExperience integrating solutions using Microsoft Graph APIs\r\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nExperience with Azure OpenAI or other GenAI platforms\r\nMicrosoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, PL-400, PL-600, AI-102)\r\nKnowledge of scripting (PowerShell) for M365 administration\r\nWhat We Offer\r\nOpportunity to work on cutting-edge agentic AI and Copilot solutions\r\nExposure to enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 and GenAI environments\r\nWhy join Sonata Software?\r\nAt Sonata, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
