A company is looking for a Facilities Management Specialist responsible for overseeing the facilities management program and ensuring efficient service delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage work order intake, tracking, and closure across all locations Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for maintenance services Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports for Facilities Management leadership Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred in Facilities Management or Business Administration At least 4 years of experience in facilities management, property management, or project management Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hybrid facilities service model Experience in managing high volumes of work orders in a fast-paced environment Remote work capability
