This is a great opportunity for engineers seeking additional work experience in a highly technical, fast paced and technology-forward position. You should have knowledge/experience with Gas Turbine design(s), Lube Skids, Hydraulic skids, and the selection/sizing of related valves, pumps and heat exchangers. Ideally, you have experience with COMOS and Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).\nResponsibilities:\nPlan, design and review technical schematics and specifications related to Fluid Systems.\nReview and correct vendor drawings, specs and BOMs, as needed.\nAssist senior engineers with design and QC of all technical drawings & schematics\nDevelop and execute test plans to ensure proper operation of systems and validation of system designs.\nEnsure compliance to safety and regulatory requirements for plant and equipment electrical and control systems.\nConduct failure analyses and problem solving to identify causes of failures in systems and recommend resolutions.\nPrepare technical reports and presentations to support plant activities and new projects.\nMinimum Requirements:-\nB.S. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from accredited institution; courses/certification(s) in power system distribution are preferred\nMinimum 2 years of electrical engineering experience in a Gas Turbine or other power generation industry positions\nExperience with Lube, hydraulic and other skids.\nWorking knowledge of power generation/ P&IDs / COMOs\nEmployment sponsorship is not available.
