Failure to provide a relevant Visa/Work permit may result in your application not being considered.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nReceiving and Inspection\r\nReceive incoming shipments of goods, materials, and supplies.\r\nInspect received items for damage, discrepancies, and quality issues.\r\nVerify quantities against purchase orders and delivery documents.\r\nInventory Management\r\nMaintain accurate records of stock levels, locations, and movements.\r\nConduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.\r\nMonitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supply and prevent overstocking.\r\nStorage And Organisation\r\nStore goods in designated locations following the warehouse layout and storage guidelines.\r\nEnsure goods are stored safely and securely to prevent damage and loss.\r\nOrganize the storage area for easy access, retrieval, and efficient space utilization.\r\nOrder Fulfilment\r\nPick and pack items according to customer orders or production requirements and supply kits to the assembly line for builds.\r\nPrepare and label shipments for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and completeness.\r\nCoordinate with logistics and shipping teams to arrange timely deliveries.\r\nEquipment Operation And Maintenance\r\nOperate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.\r\nPerform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment.\r\nReport any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.\r\nLoad trailers with conveyors and fabricated components for ongoing delivery.\r\nHealth and Safety Compliance\r\nAdhere to safety regulations and warehouse operating procedures.\r\nEnsure a clean and organized work environment to minimize hazards.\r\nUse personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and promote safe working practices.\r\nCollaboration and Communication\r\nWork closely with the inventory control manager, supply chain team and production to coordinate inventory needs and activities.\r\nCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding inventory status, issues, and improvements.\r\nProvide support during stocktakes, audits, and inventory reconciliations.\r\nContinuous Improvement\r\nIdentify opportunities for improving warehouse processes, efficiency, and accuracy.\r\nParticipate in training programs and implement best practices in inventory management.\r\nSuggest and implement improvements to warehouse layout and storage methods.\r\nContact Information\r\nReturn Address: 1A Tassagh Rd, Keady, Co.
