A SailFuture Academy Educator has a unique opportunity to utilize real-world curriculum to teach students the skills, character, and knowledge necessary to navigate their life and career successfully.\nPathways Discipline\nThe SailFuture Academy pathways discipline bridges the gap between high school and post-graduation by providing the skills, training, and exposure needed to support a successful transition towards independence.\nThis discipline guides students through a multi-year process of personal discovery, career exploration, and postsecondary planning.
