Other duties may be assigned.\n\nInstall and assemble piping systems, fixtures, and appliances (e.g., sinks, toilets, water heaters).\nSet up and test plumbing systems and fixtures for proper operation and compliance with building codes and safety regulations.\nInstall and connect water supply lines, waste systems, and other plumbing components.\nInspect plumbing systems for issues such as leaks, blockages, or damaged components.\nPerform routine maintenance to prevent future problems and ensure the longevity of plumbing systems.\nRepair or replace faulty pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing parts.\nAddress and resolve issues related to water pressure, drainage, and sanitation.\nDiagnose plumbing problems using tools and equipment such as pipe cameras, pressure gauges, and augers.\nDevelop effective solutions and provide recommendations for repairs or replacement\nAdhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.\nEnsure that all work is performed in a safe manner and with proper protective equipment.\nMaintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent.\nAbility to assess plumbing scope of work, make material lists, estimate time required for task completion, and communicate the same information to others, whether written or verbal.\nWill assist in HVAC pipefitting\nMinimum Qualifications:\nTo perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The qualifications listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.\n\nThe candidate must be familiar with industry standards and practices.\nAn advanced degree is not required.
