Philadelphia Country Club in Gladwyne, Pennsylvania, is seeking a Director of Facilities & Infrastructure to join one of the country's most storied private clubs, consistently recognized as a Platinum Club of America. Spanning 300 acres, PCC operates year-round with a full calendar of golf, dining, athletics, racquet sports, aquatics, and wellness programming supported by approximately 300 full- and part-time staff.The Director of Facilities & Infrastructure is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and operational integrity of 11 buildings and campus-wide systems, including HVAC, mechanical, electrical, sewer treatment, stormwater, telecommunications, and site utilities. The role leads a five-person engineering department and holds ownership of capital planning, vendor strategy, and project management for construction and infrastructure projects. A central priority in the near term is transitioning the Club from a reactive maintenance model to a proactive, systems-driven approach using Brightly CMMS, and executing a prioritized capital plan informed by a recently completed reserve study.This is a hands-on leadership role for a senior facilities professional with the technical depth to evaluate complex problems, manage contractors, and serve as the Club's owner's representative on major projects, alongside the interpersonal skills to lead a team and operate within a high-standards membership environment.Please do not contact the Club directly; all inquiries and applications should be submitted through Strategic Club Solutions.For more information, please visit our website.
