Assists the MPM on design for manufacturing.\nBuilds with the SPM/purchaser the cost technical synthesis of request.\nChecks the technical documentation of the assembly means.\nTechnically follows the design, the built and the tuning of the assembly means.\nOrganizes and pilots the acceptances.\nOrganizes analyses and validates the capability of machines. Ensures a technical expertise to the production plant\nLayout development of assembly lines, lineside storage and warehouse\nImplement industrialization of all related equipment\nBalancing of work stations\nTime studies\nRoot cause analysis of scrap or waste in the assembly process and implementation of solutions\nDriving continues improvement process for Assembly and Sequencing\nRequirements:\nB.S. Degree in Engineering\nSimilar position in another Automotive Tier 1 supplier\n3 years of experience with assembly and sequencing process development including all aspects (man, material, machine, method, and environment).\nGood understanding of HSE/ergonomics\nGood presentation, Innovation skills\nTechnically adept\nAble to work independently and within a team environment • Responsible\nEnglish proficiency\nLive in Greer, surrounding areas or willing to relocate\n-------------------------------------------------------------------------------\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
