In collaboration with functional leaders, the Lead MPM will institute tailored \"right sized\" practices and approaches for successful execution on early engineering design efforts, to complete product life cycle with a focus risk and opportunity management to ensure top notch execution. The Lead MPM will be responsible for program cost, schedule and compliance with internal and external regulations with respect to materials and subcontracts.\r\nIn this highly visible role, the Lead MPM will collaborate across functions and be part of the Supply Chain team serving as a key interface to Program and Product Offices, Engineering, Quality, Finance and Operations. This individual will also be a Subject Matter Expert in Supply Chain and Programmatic Practices.\r\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to\r\nDeveloping and executing strategies and actions to baseline and improve both supplier and customer on time delivery.\r\nEnsure timely completion of all material and subcontract program milestones.\r\nBe accountable for the material and subcontract program budgets, and drive actions to improve financial performance.\r\nServe as the primary liaison between Supply Chain and other functions for key Products/Programs.\r\nAnalyze key performance indicators and identify challenged areas and champion continued improvements.\r\nLead others by influence in a matrixed environment.\r\nDevelop Supply Chain Estimates utilizing Risk & Opportunity for Best Case, Most Likely, and Worst case for ETC's and New business Captures.\r\nEnsure compliance with all internal and external laws and regulations.\r\nAssist Program Finance in Rolling up quarterly financial status against the AOP and Short Term Forecast, EAC and ETC.\r\nEnsure customer flow down requirements are communicated and documented through the Supply Base.\r\nManage key supplier performance and relationships.\r\nLead Supplier Recovery Strategies with transparency in Reporting Supply Chain status and communicating critical issues to internal stakeholders with solution focused actions.\r\nBasic Qualifications\r\nBachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.\r\nExperience in Supply Chain and Program Management execution across a Product Life Cycle (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, PRR etc.).\r\nAbility to communicate effectively, to internal executive leadership or line management both written and verbally.\r\nNew Business Proposals / Capture Experience on competitive and/or sole source pursuits.\r\nDemonstrated Management and Leadership experience.\r\nSubcontractor Management through various stages of development through production.\r\nAbility to break large complex issues into smaller individual approaches to achieve business objectives.\r\nEarned Value Management experience / Previous Control Account Manager experience.\r\nExpertise in FAR, DFARS, ITAR.\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nExperience in developing technical statements of work.\r\nPMP Certification.\r\nAdvanced degree.\r\nIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $108,000-201,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
