This role focuses on achieving precise color results for screen printing projects while working closely with design teams and client specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesMix and match paint colors manually to achieve accurate and consistent resultsInterpret project requirements to create customized color palettesMatch existing colors or provided samples using precise color mixing techniquesProduce sample batches for client approval, ensuring accuracy in tone and intensityAdjust and refine color mixes based on feedback or evolving project needsFollow color formulas and instructions provided by designers and clientsConduct color testing to ensure accurate strikeoffsMaintain detailed records of inventory, formulas, ratios, and outcomesCollaborate with design teams to align on expectations and executionMaintain and organize color inventory and suppliesMonitor and evaluate color quality throughout the printing processCollaborate with printers and production team members to ensure smooth workflowUse a keen eye for detail to identify and address color discrepanciesEnsure all color mixing equipment is properly cleaned and maintainedQualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills (Spanish-speaking preferred)High level of ownership, accountability, and initiativeAbility to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing business needsStrong attention to detail with excellent organizational skillsAction-oriented with a strong work ethicTeam player who builds trust and supports peersWillingness to contribute across teams with an all-hands-on-deck mindsetComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentProven experience in color mixing within screen printing or a similar settingProficiency in manual color mixing techniquesStrong understanding of color theory and color managementAbility to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlinesDetail-oriented with a focus on precision and consistencyPhysical stamina for manual tasks in a production environmentWillingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologiesHigh school diploma or equivalent (additional training in color theory is a plus)About FSCOOur team is innovative, dynamic, and forward-thinking, with a culture that values creativity and collaboration.Culture: In our company, you're judged by your ideas and results, not by your experience or title.
