This is not an order-taking sales role. You will guide qualified franchise candidates through our development process, build trust, overcome objections, and help entrepreneurs make one of the most important business decisions of their lives.If you thrive in a high-performance environment, enjoy consultative sales, and want to be part of a mission-driven company making a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.Compensation$80,000 base salaryUncapped commission planMonthly commission tiers with significant upside for top performersCommission Structure1 to 3 funded franchises in a month: $1,500 per funded franchise4 or more funded franchises in a month: $2,500 per funded franchise on every funded franchise sold that monthAdditional territories sold: $500 per territoryA franchise is considered funded when the Franchise Agreement is fully executed, and the full initial franchise fee has been received.Earning Potential3 funded franchises per month: approximately $141,500 annual earnings6 funded franchises per month: approximately $275,000 annual earningsMinimum target after 90 days: 3 funded franchises per monthTop performers have the opportunity to significantly exceed these earnings levelsKey ResponsibilitiesManage qualified franchise candidates through the entire sales process from discovery through fundingBuild strong relationships with prospective franchise owners and their advisorsConduct discovery calls, franchise presentations, webinars, and validation discussionsEducate candidates on the franchise model, investment opportunity, and ownership journeyMaintain accurate records and pipeline management within the CRMCollaborate with marketing to improve lead conversion and candidate engagementTrack key performance metrics and consistently achieve sales goalsAttend franchise conferences, networking events, and recruitment initiatives as neededSupport candidates throughout onboarding to ensure a successful transition into ownershipQualificationsProven success in franchise development, franchise sales, business development, or consultative salesStrong ability to build trust, influence decisions, and navigate complex sales cyclesExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated with strong organizational and follow-through abilitiesExperience using CRM platforms and sales reporting toolsResults-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding goalsFitness, healthcare, education, or service-based franchise experience is a plusBachelor's degree preferred but not required for candidates with demonstrated sales successAbility to travel as neededWhy Special StrongOne of the fastest-growing adaptive fitness franchise brands in the countryMeaningful mission that changes lives every dayStrong leadership team and proven franchise systemSignificant career growth opportunities as the company continues its national expansionCompetitive compensation with uncapped earning potentialAbout Special StrongFounded in Texas, Special Strong provides adaptive fitness and nutrition coaching for individuals with physical, intellectual, and developmental disabilities.
