Responsibilities
Ensure timely completion and financial performance
Develop safety plans, serve as main contact for owners/engineers/architects
Prequalify subcontractors, analyze bids, prepare contracts
Create logistics plans, coordinate subcontractors
Manage startup, permits, mobilization
Update schedules (Primavera P6 preferred), track RFIs/RFPs/Change Orders
Implement quality control, expedite submittals/deliveries
Review reports, approve invoices, prepare payments
Oversee close-out and mentor staff
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering (civil/structural), or related
Minimum 10 years' construction experience
Proficient in senior project management duties
Experience in architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical
Financial accounting knowledge
Strong communication, writing, conflict resolution, organizational skills
Willingness to travel/relocate
