Radiology Technologist

Vitality Pain Centers is looking for certified Radiology Technologist holding a current state license in Kentucky for fulltime/ part time work at our Bowling Green office. Successful candidates: A Radiologic Technologist needs communication skills to compassionately and accurately explain to the patient what they are about to experience. They must also be able to clearly communicate test results to physicians and healthcare personnel. Knowledge of maintain radiology equipment such as c-arms, ultrasound machines, and archiving images. Radiologic Technologist must be kind and show empathy and patience. A successful Radiologic Technologist must be comfortable interacting with patients. Requirements: Radiology Technologist certification/degree and state license Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills Ability to multi-task and perform other office tasks with minimal directive Remain flexible, organized, professional while working hand-and-hand with physicians, patients, and other healthcare personnel. Responsibilities: Working knowledge of interventional pain management Teamwork: Working together with other healthcare workers to successfully complete pain procedures. Correctly position the patient, adjust the imaging equipment Follow ALARA while obtaining appropriate time, distance, and shielding.
