Under the supervision of a Maryland Board-approved supervisor (LCSW-C), the LMSW will provide direct clinical services to adults and adolescents within our OMHC and IOP programs, including assessments, individual and group therapy, treatment planning, and care coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for an LMSW working toward LCSW-C licensure — clinical supervision hours are provided at no cost.\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct comprehensive biopsychosocial (BPS) assessments and intake evaluations\nProvide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care)\nDevelop, implement, and update Individualized Treatment and Rehabilitation Plans (ITRPs) in collaboration with clients and the multidisciplinary team\nFacilitate IOP group sessions and psychoeducational programming\nComplete timely, accurate clinical documentation in our electronic health record in compliance with COMAR, Medicaid, and CARF standards\nCoordinate care with psychiatric providers, PRP staff, case managers, and external referral sources\nParticipate in weekly clinical supervision, team meetings, and quality improvement activities\nRespond to client crises and conduct risk assessments as needed\nMaintain a caseload consistent with program and productivity standards\nQualifications\nRequired:\nMaster's degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program\nActive LMSW license in good standing with the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners\nKnowledge of DSM-5-TR diagnostic criteria and clinical documentation standards\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to pass a criminal background check\nPreferred:\nExperience in an OMHC, IOP, PRP, or community behavioral health setting\nExperience serving individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders\nFamiliarity with Maryland Medicaid, Carelon Behavioral Health, and ASAM criteria\nExperience with electronic health records (iCanNotes a plus)\nBilingual candidates encouraged to apply\nWhat We Offer\nFree clinical supervision toward LCSW-C licensure\nCompetitive salary with productivity incentives\nFlexible scheduling, including hybrid/telehealth options for eligible services\nPaid time off and paid holidays\nProfessional development and CEU support\nSupportive, mission-driven team environment with room for growth as our organization expands\nSchedule\nMonday to Friday; some evening availability preferred for IOP groups.
