Is the lead facilitator on projects.\nApplies expert project management concepts with a full understanding of project management practices and procedures to manage complex projects.\nHas full project management responsibility for assigned projects. Develops detailed project plans and monitors budget and resources.\nInteracts with senior internal and external personnel. Oversees the project from inception to delivery. Guides and advises less experienced management consultants and Lean practitioners, delegating assignments and removing obstacles to facilitate getting the work done.\nEstablishes and manages project governance. Leads cross-functional teams to solve complex management related issues.\nRequired Skills:-\nHas experience as a Project Manager on at least two Kronos and/or UKG Dimensions system implementations.\nHas expert knowledge of Systems Development Lifecycle to lead the assessments, design, and implementation of new technology systems.\nExpert knowledge of the consulting process to effectively lead highly significant engagements from inception to conclusion. Ability to conceptualize projects, write proposals and draft project plans.\nDemonstrates superior analytical, problem-solving, project planning and implementation skills.\nExpert knowledge of project management principals, theories and concepts.\nAbility to focus on priorities, strategies, and vision.\nMore than 10 years of relevant experience and track record of providing project management consulting services.\nDemonstrates superior strategic-thinking and consulting skills in guiding the organization toward workable strategies and solutions.\nHighly skilled in navigating organizational complexity.\nIncorporates excellent change management skills in programs on a regular basis.\nDemonstrates superior written, verbal and presentation skills for influencing and facilitating sustained change.\nDemonstrates ability to learn quickly, reason, synthesize and generalize based on information obtained. Sound judgment, ability to draw unbiased conclusions.\nAbility to persuade through both logic and appeal to positive motivations.\nPossesses superior consulting, relationship building, and strategic thinking skills.\nAbility to handle multiple constituencies, agendas, engagements and tasks, and to deal productively with ambiguity and conflict.\nExceptional facilitation and collaboration skills. Ability to facilitate and influence people at all levels.\nDemonstrated ability to lead staff with minimal input from supervisor.\nAbility to establish and manage project governance groups.\nKnowledge of the organizational environment of higher education and large research universities to understand client priorities, issues, motivations and constraints.\nKnowledge of Lean Methodology to assess, design and implement organizational improvements.\nEducation:\nBachelor's degree in related Organizational Change, Business Administration or related area and / or equivalent experience / training.
