Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise entry Recommend menu items and upsell specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements and optimize flow during busy hours Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest rapport quickly Ability to handle cash transactions accurately with basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required; a passion for the food industry is essential Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods Previous host/hostess or serving experience is beneficial for guest relations roles Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
