This role involves advising a broad range of market participants on complex financing and investment-related transactions, with meaningful responsibility and client interaction.ResponsibilitiesAdvise asset managers, financial institutions, broker-dealers, and other market participants on investment management and transactional mattersStructure and negotiate complex financing arrangements and related agreementsProvide strategic guidance on fund-related transactions and market activitiesCollaborate with internal teams and clients on high-level deal executionManage ongoing client relationships and contribute to business development effortsQualificationsMinimum of 10 years of experience in investment management and transactional mattersStrong background representing financial institutions and market participantsExperience with financing structures and complex deal workExcellent drafting, analytical, and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to operate in a collaborative, client-focused environmentRequirementsPrior experience at a nationally recognized law firm or comparable environmentStrong academic credentialsProven ability to manage sophisticated transactions independentlyAdmission to the New York Bar or eligible to waive into New York BarInterested in hearing more?
