Your primary duties will include removing dust, debris, and other foreign materials from rafters, beams, and overhead structures to maintain a clean and safe environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nClean rafters, beams, and overhead structures ensuring all areas follow CtL EH&S processes and procedures.\nPrioritizing areas within the facility that require the most attention before proceeding with regular tasks.\nRemove dust, cobwebs, dirt, and other debris from rafters and overhead surfaces.\nUsing motorized equipment and tools to access tight spaces and heights reaching 25+ft.\nFollow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.\nDispose of waste materials in accordance with company policies and regulations.\nMaintain cleaning equipment and report any malfunction or need for repairs.\nAssist with other maintenance tasks as needed.\n\nSkills and Qualifications:\nPrior experience in cleaning or building maintenance preferred.\nAbility to work in confined spaces and heights of 25 ft. and above.\nExperienced use of Boom Lifts, Scissor Lifts, and Forklifts preferred.\nAttention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.\nPhysical stamina and strength to perform tasks requiring standing, lifting, bending, and carrying.\nUnderstanding of safety procedures and willingness to follow them diligently.\nGood communication skills and ability to work well within a team.\nFlexibility to work non-traditional hours or overtime when necessary.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.\n\nWorking Conditions:\nWork will be performed indoors in a non-climate-controlled facility.\nExposure to dust, dirt, and cleaning chemicals is common.\nOvertime may be required based on workload and deadlines.\n\nThis job description outlines the general responsibilities and requirements for the position of Rafter Cleaner.
