In this role, you'll act as a servant leader and Agile coach, guiding teams and stakeholders to embrace modern product development practices while fostering a healthy, high-performing team culture.\r\nThis is a fully remote, long-term contract opportunity supporting a large, mission-driven organization in the healthcare space.\r\nWhat You'll Do\r\nChampion Agile values, principles, and practices across teams and the broader organization\r\nFacilitate Scrum ceremonies and support teams in applying frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile\r\nCoach teams, leaders, and stakeholders on modern product development and delivery practices\r\nRemove impediments and help teams continuously improve how they work\r\nServe as a facilitator, mentor, and coach—adapting your role as needed (Scrum Master, Team Coach, Enterprise Coach)\r\nMeasure progress using learning milestones and outcomes, not just delivery metrics\r\nPromote a learning culture built on shared vision, collaboration, systems thinking, and continuous growth\r\nModel and reinforce the Scrum values of focus, courage, openness, commitment, and respect\r\nWhat You Bring\r\nRequired\r\n3+ years of experience in Product and/or IT environments\r\n2+ years working as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Coach\r\nHands-on experience with multiple Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, LeSS, etc.)\r\nExperience supporting large, complex initiatives with multiple Scrum teams\r\nExperience leveraging AI tools within the software development lifecycle to improve quality and efficiency\r\nStrong written and verbal communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills\r\nNice to Have\r\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience\r\nExperience developing DevOps practices and Agile/DevOps culture\r\nCurriculum development and training delivery experience\r\nHealthcare industry experience\r\nFamiliarity with multiple delivery methodologies and knowing when to apply them\r\nActive participation in Agile or delivery communities\r\nWillingness to travel up to 25% (preferred, not required)\r\nABOUT EIGHT ELEVEN\r\nAt Eight Eleven, our business is people.
