Responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring seamless dining or social experiences. FOH Staff will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, coordinating between guests and team members, and contributing to the overall energetic and welcoming atmosphere of 1611 Golf Club.QualificationsStrong interpersonal communication skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesComfortable delivering presentations and engaging with guestsAbility to work effectively in a team in a fast-paced environmentExperience in hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment settings is a plusPositive attitude and willingness to create an outstanding guest experienceFlexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekendsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality are a bonus
