Bringing Intelligence to your Supply Chain. About The Role We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to join our Customer Support team in an offsite, full-time capacity. As a Data Entry Assistant, your main responsibility will be to ensure that customer-related data is accurately input into our systems, contributing to a seamless and effective customer service experience. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, works well independently, and has excellent communication skills in English. What You'll Do Input and update customer information into the company database with a high degree of accuracy. Verify the accuracy of pre-existing data and maintain the integrity of the database. Assist the Customer Support team by organizing and categorizing customer tickets and inquiries. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and organized access to data and records. Track and report errors or inconsistencies in data and implement solutions to resolve them. Follow company protocols for handling sensitive and confidential information. Stay up-to-date with data entry tools and software that help improve efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience as a Data Entry Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in data entry processes, preferably with experience using CRM or database management systems. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks. Ability to follow instructions and work independently in a remote environment. Efficient time management and multitasking skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with basic office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and cloud-based tools. The pay range for this role is: 20.21 - 32.50 USD per hour(Remote (Hot Springs, Arkansas, US))
