Medical Scribe

Overview: A Medical Scribe will work as a personal real-time transcriptionist to the physician during medical exams; performing documentation in the EHR, gathering information for the patient's visit, and partnering with the physician to deliver the pinnacle of efficient patient care and to improve patient flow. Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Bachelor's degree in healthcare field preferred Successful completion of Medical Assistant training program an asset Experience with medical terminology Excellent computer skills Minimum of 60 typed WPM preferred Impeccable verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail Excellent bedside manner
