Based on your experience, you may support various positions across the facility while helping drive productivity and meet customer commitments.Assist with machine setup, calibration, and operation of manufacturing equipmentMonitor production quality to ensure compliance with specifications and standardsPerform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting using hand toolsAccurately document production data, downtime, and maintenance using computer systemsCommunicate effectively with teammates and supervisors to resolve issues and meet production goalsFollow instructions closely and maintain strong attention to detail to support on time deliveryWork week1st shift 6am – 2pmHow You Will Impact Smurfit WestrockAssist in the production of quality products, timely, and safelyDemonstrate daily the Smurfit Westrock values of Safety, Loyalty, Integrity, and RespectCollaborate with others to learn, understand, and train others in the processes of Smurfit WestrockPromote safe work environment by following all safety protocols and processes to ensure you and your fellow team members return home safely each day.What You Need To SucceedStrong communication skills and ability to work in a team setting or individually depending on the assigned position.2-3 years proven and consistent work backgroundAbility to work overtime as needed up to 12 hours.
