It’s a journey on which you rise.\n\nYOUR ROLE\n\nThe Implementation Engineer will support the implementations of new clients and new facilities in CEVA Contract Logistics network. The Engineer will be responsible for maintaining layouts, ensuring facilities readiness actions are completed, tracking capital investments, and implementing CEVA LEAN and Continuous Improvement Engineering standards. The Engineer will collaborate with the Implementation project team and local Operations & Facilities teams to ensure all actions are completed on-time and in budget.\n\nWHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?\n\nSupport site setup, facility outfitting, layout execution and process optimization activities in the fulfillment center.\nCollaborate with Solution Design and local Operations & Facilities teams to define facility layouts & racking elevations changes.\nMaintain AutoCAD layouts.\nImplement CEVA standards related to LEAN, Continuous Improvement, Tier Boards, and KPIs.\nPartner with the Operations team to propose process optimization projects improve efficiency, safety, & quality, ensure successful execution of projects\nObserve operations and ensure Work Instructions are adhered to and reflective of the actual process.\nPartner with Project Management and Procurement to ensure equipment and supplies are ordered, tracked, delivered, and implemented on-time and on budget..\n\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ?\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.\n4–6 years of experience in warehouse or order management process design and implementation.\nStrong familiarity with Manhattan WMS and/or OMS platforms.\nExperience working in 3PL, distribution, or fulfillment environments required.\nExperience in cross-functional deployment teams preferred.\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong analytical and process mapping skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.\nSelf-directed and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nExperience with documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Confluence, MS Office).\nWillingness to travel to deployment sites as needed.\n\nWHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?\nCompetitive compensation and travel support.\nFull benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance.\n401(k) with company match.\nGenerous PTO and paid holidays.\nOpportunities for growth within a global logistics leader.\n\nABOUT TOMORROW\n\nWe value your professional and personal growth.
