You're the kind of person who'll lend a hand to a coworker even when it's not technically your job, because that's just how you operate. You take pride in your workmanship, you carry yourself professionally, and you want to work somewhere people genuinely look out for each other. You can also run independently when the job calls for it.Beyond that:4+ years of residential service, troubleshooting, and panel change experienceValid driver's license and reliable transportation to the office dailyBasic hand toolsSolid grasp of wire sizing, breaker sizing, and proper electrical terminologyLight commercial experience is a plusIf you don't check every single box but think you'd fit right in with our crew, apply anyway.
