Join our platform, complete a 6-minute AI screening interview, and get auto-applied to 100s of high-paying roles.Sign up now at https://app.calyptus.co/auth/candidate/sign-up and let the opportunities come to you.____________________________________________________________Position Overview: We're looking to add a senior engineer to our team to build and maintain our infrastructure, an open-source verifiable compute framework for Solana.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems and APIs to support our proving service integrations and infrastructure platformOptimize infrastructure performance and scalability to handle increasing proof request volumes and user demandsRead existing codebases, understand mechanisms and maintain as your ownWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to open-source best practicesParticipate in code reviews and potentially mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvementStay informed about emerging cryptographic frameworks, including ZK, MPC, FHE, PQC and industry trends in blockchain to drive innovation within the teamQualifications:Solid previous experience building Solana infrastructure (Rust is critical)1+ years of experience writing Solana programs2+ years of experience writing ZK circuits and programs (zkVMs included)Proficiency with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerisation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)Experience in building prover networks is preferredExcellent problem-solving skills and a passion for staying at the forefront of technologyStrong communication skills, high reliability, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, remote team environmentSelf-Starter and ability to take initiative____________________________________________________________Want to put your job search on autopilot?
