F&B Director Job DescriptionPrinciple Responsibilities & Position Purpose:Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Food and Beverage outlets, to include and not limited to: personnel, budget performance, and financial controls, maintenance of equipment, preparation, service and set-up of menu items. Understands and implements the mission statement, values, and culture at all times.Pre-Requisites (Requirements):2+ years of experience in a branded, quality hotel preferred2 + years of experience with chain food and retail outlet preferred2 + years of experience supervising at least 8 associatesHigh School diploma or equivalent of same. Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferredMust display professionalism and have characteristics of honesty and trustworthinessMust have excellent attendance and punctualityWork Environment & Context:Must be able to perform major life activities: standing, lifting, bending, learning, reading, concentrating, thinking, and communicating.Must be able to stand for eight hours, bend, stretch, and reachLong hours are sometimes required.
