Your ability to interpret architectural plans and follow specifications will ensure that our projects are completed to the highest quality standards.\nResponsibilities:\nStudy and interpret architectural plans, blueprints, and specifications\nMeasure, cut, and shape materials according to the project requirements\nConstruct and assemble the structural framework of buildings, including walls, floors, roofs, and partitions\nInstall windows, doors, and other fixtures as per the design specifications\nEnsure the accurate placement and alignment of structural components\nCollaborate with other tradespeople, such as electricians and plumbers, to ensure smooth project progress\nPerform repairs and maintenance on existing structures as necessary\nAdhere to safety protocols and regulations to create a safe working environment\nMaintain a clean and organized workspace\nCollaborate with project managers and architects to provide input and recommendations for construction projects\nRequirements:\nMust have their owns tools.\nProven experience as a Shell Carpenter or similar role in the construction industry\nProficiency in working with various materials, such as wood, metal, and concrete\nStrong knowledge of construction techniques, tools, and equipment\nAbility to read and interpret architectural plans, blueprints, and specifications\nExcellent craftsmanship and attention to detail\nPhysical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions\nStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills\nGood communication and teamwork abilities\nValid carpentry license or certification (preferred)\nAt our company, we value dedication, craftsmanship, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
