This role requires full stack development capabilities across a diverse technology stack, with work spanning both front-end interfaces and back-end services, including integration with APIs, cloud platforms, and complex data systems.\nWhat You Will Be Doing:\nDesign, develop, and implement software applications using JavaScript.\nCollaborate with IT infrastructure teams to integrate APIs and enhance system performance.\nWrite clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough testing to ensure software reliability.\nTroubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues in a timely manner.\nParticipate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.\nDocument software specifications, design processes, and user guides for future reference.\nStay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.\nRequired Education, Skills and Experience:\nYou must live within the DC, MD, VA area.\nU.S. Citizenship is required. Must be able to obtain CBP Public Trust clearance\nBachelor’s degree plus at least 5 years of work experience\nDemonstrated ability to develop and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance applications\nSupport back-end services and mission-critical business logic using Java and related frameworks\nAt least 4 years of experience developing Java applications and associated frameworks\nAt least 4 year of development experience using JavaScript and/or JavaScript frameworks such as Angular\nAt least 3 years of experience working in a story-based Agile team development environment using JIRA or a similar tool\nStrong database skills\nExperience with REST and/or SOAP based APIs consumption and creation\nExperience working with JavaScript, HTML5, and/or jQuery\nCloud Experience\nStrong communication skills, both verbal and written\nPreferred Skills and Experience:\nFull stack development using the Spring Framework\nAutomated testing with Selenium, JUnit, Cucumber, etc\nBuild automation with Gradle or Maven\nDevOps and Continuous Delivery tools – such as Harness and Jenkins\nExperience with AWS\nExperience using generative AI code assist technologies\nWork Location: This position is limited to candidates residing in U.S. states where the company is currently registered to employ team members.\nSalary Range: $75,000 – $155,000 annually\nThis position may be filled at the Entry, Mid, Senior, or SME level based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience.
