We are looking for an HVAC Apprentice to join our team! This is a hands-on entry-level training role designed for someone who wants to learn the HVAC trade from experienced professionals and build a long-term career with a respected local company.\r\nBenefits\r\n85% Company-Paid Medical, dental and vision (Available the first of the month following 60 days of employment. This role is designed for training and development, where you can gain real field experience while building the skills needed to become a full HVAC Service Technician.\r\nYou will learn\r\nBasic HVAC system operation (heating, cooling, airflow)\r\nPreventative maintenance and system inspections\r\nProper tool use, safety practices, and jobsite standards\r\nHow technicians diagnose and repair equipment\r\nCustomer interaction and service professionalism\r\nExposure to both residential and commercial systems\r\nWork Hours\r\nMonday through Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm\r\nPay Range\r\n$24.00 – $29.00 hourly\r\nWhat We're Looking For\r\nRecently completed or enrolled in an HVAC technical school or trade program\r\nStrong desire to learn and grow in the HVAC trade and learn service, maintenance, and system fundamentals the right way\r\nComfortable working with tools and in various weather conditions\r\nEPA Universal Certification strongly preferred\r\nValid driver's license and insurable driving record\r\nTakes direction well and is not afraid to ask questions\r\nPlease do not call or walk-in the office.
