Jr. Title Examiner

Title Closing Services LLC. is hiring a Jr. Title Examiner. This is remote role. The Jr. Title Examiner supports the title examination process by the following duties but not limited to reviewing proposed sale documents, preparing endorsements to previously prepared title commitments, updating title invoices, and preparing survey endorsements. This role is essential to maintaining workflow efficiency and supporting examiners to deliver timely, high quality results to clients.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesSales Document Review — Reviews and comments on proposed sale documents supplied prior to closing.Endorsement Preparation — Assists in providing endorsement(s) to previously prepared title commitments including but not limited to addition of lender information, preparing closing service letter, updating title commitment schedules, conversion of commitment from cash to financed and vice versa, ordering additional county, and state searches as needed, etc.Data Entry — Inputs and updates title information into internal systems with high accuracy.Communication Support — Coordinates with external agencies to obtain missing information.Administrative Support — Supports workflow management.Performs other duties as assigned.Minimum QualificationsEducation, Certification, and License RequirementsHigh school diploma or GEDAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferredNew Jersey Title Producer License (preferred not required)ExperienceExperience in a title agency or real estate environmentKnowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesFamiliarity with title insurance or legal documentationKnowledge of title search terminology and workflowsFamiliarity with platforms like DataTrace, AccuTitle/TitleStrong attention to detail and accuracyProficiency with office software (Word, Excel, AccuTitle/Title Fusion systems)Excellent organizational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentBasic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractionsKnowledge and ability to use typical office equipment (PC, calculator, fax machine, etc.)The estimated base salary range for this position is $55,000 - $75,000 (annually).
