DutiesAssist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. Conduct market research to identify potential properties and assess market trends. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings. Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes. Provide guidance on real estate law, regulations, and best practices. Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions. Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service. Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors. Stay informed about local market conditions and property values. QualificationsProven experience in sales or real estate is preferred. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for clients effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse clientele. Knowledge of real estate law and regulations is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client needs efficiently. Previous experience in real estate administration is advantageous.
