Graphic Designer

Ontel Products Corporation is looking for Packaging Designer to join our team who has a passion for creating consumer product packaging. They will be responsible for creating, developing, and finalizing packaging concepts. This role requires a strong understanding of dielines, structure, branding, and retail presentation, as well as experience working with factories to ensure production-ready files. Key Responsibilities:Design and develop innovative, on-brand packaging for various product categories.Work closely with Art Director to ensure packaging aligns with brand and retailer requirements.Create dielines and production-ready files for a wide range of packaging formats (closed boxes, blister cards, pdqs, quarter pallets).Stay current with industry trends, materials, and competitive packaging in the market.·        Photo retouching according to the project needs.Prepare mockups, 3D renderings, sales assets and more for presentations.·        Designing logos, web banners and graphics for online sales  Experience·        Ability to understand project requirements and deliverables.·        Great typography skills and knowledge of color theory.·        Must be able to work in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment with tight deadlines.·        High value for quality and have a meticulous eye for details.·        Excellent multitasking and critical thinking skills.·        Open to taking direction and being receptive in receiving feedback. Qualifications·        Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Graphic Design or other related fields.·        3+ years of Graphic Design or similar job experience dealing with consumer product packaging·        Experience with retail displays is a huge plus!·        Strong portfolio of work showing ability to conceptualize, design and execute packaging.·        Must be proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign.·        Basic experience with Microsoft Office.·        Basic understanding of 4 color printing process.·        Time management skills.·        A talent for creativity and problem-solving.  Benefits·        Hybrid work schedule (Onsite in Fairfield, NJ office location as well as work from home)
